*WAITLIST: If you submit the form for a WAITLISTED commission, the process goes through as normal (payment upon the submission and quotation of the request) but i will start your commission the month the commission is waitlisted/or as per our discussion.

*CLOSED: If a commission type is closed and you still send in a form, there's a high chance i won't be able to work on the commission within the period of submission. Please contact me directly on twitter/send an email for any special requests.

1. Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. Please communicate with me if you intend to use the artwork for commercial use (selling the artwork/for monetary gain) as it will incur a commercial fee for (2/3x) the original price. I own all the rights to my work. Profiting off my works is prohibited unless it is a commercial commission.

2. I am allowed to post artworks onto my social media and portfolio unless specifically requested not to. I am also allowed to post processes onto my social media unless discussed otherwise. For post-reveal posts, I will be able to post the artwork after 1 year from the commission completion date even if the artwork is never revealed.

3. Currency will be in USD.

4. I require full payment upfront before starting on your commissions.

5. The prices of each piece vary according to complexity, do communicate with me your requests, i’m more than happy to work with you on the details!

6. For character references: Please provide a finalized design/ character sheet before you decide to commission me, i will not be able to change the artwork after the lineart process has started. If the character’s design details changes after the lineart process, i will incur a fee to apply the changes.

7. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you've read and agreed to my terms of service.

8. Payment will be done through Stripe.

9. For changes: small changes are allowed during the sketch stage (expressions, hand placements etc.) but bigger changes (the whole look of the commission) will incur an additional fee. Please provide references and communicate with me any specific action/pose you want so i can fulfill your request more accurately! I reserve the right to make creative decisions on the commission if a vague pose (ex: looking at the screen) is requested!

10. Refunds are allowed to be requested if the commission has not been started, no refunds otherwise. Platform fees will not be refunded.

12. The commissioned work may take from a week to 2 months, depending on my schedule and the complexity of the request. Rush commissions will incur an additional 40% fee on top of the quote.

13. If no deadlines are discussed, the commission will be done within a 2 month period. For more complex pieces/unforseen circumstances, if i require i longer deadline i will communicate with you.

13. When reposting the commissioned work, include credits to my social media! I appreciate it!

14. You will receive a full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered.

15. I DO NOT ALLOW my works to be sold on any type of website/platform.

16. I may work on your commission on stream, so if you prefer the work to be done in private please let me know in advance.

Notes on Subjects:

Subjects I am comfortable with:

girls, soft males, melancholic atmosphere, soft expressions, portraits, light armor, cute characters

Subjects I am not confident in:

muscular males, dynamic poses, action scenes, curvy females

Requests to be declined:

real people, old people, heavy mecha, buff males, heavy nsfw, offensive subjects, heavy gore

I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

You can review my work on my social media for subjects i normally draw.

Note: If you messaged me before for a quote, the quote provided will only be valid for a maximum of 2 weeks starting from the day the quote is given. Unless you have a confirmed slot for a waitlist upon discussion, if no payment is made nor the confirmation of a commission after 2 weeks, the quote will be invalid (if there is a newer price list).

Commission Workflow

I review your form and contact you. We discuss about your commission and I'll provide a quote. When you've agreed with the price, i'll send you an invoice via Stripe.

After payment is made, depending on my queue and schedule, i will send a sketch to you during the time discussed. (I do not work on all commissions at the same time hence i cannot guarantee you’ll be getting the sketch within a week of payment, i prefer concentrating on a max of 2 commissions at a time and normally according to my queue to maximise efficiency!)

After i send you the sketch, if there’s any changes to be made then it’ll be corrected then! (Note: The overall pose cannot be changed if the sketch has started. Hence please be clear if there is a specific pose you want your character to be in. If not i will be making creative decisions on the description provided. )

After you confirm the sketch, i’ll move on to lineart and color to complete the commission. (Most of the time i do not work with lineart for my artworks. A linearted illustration progress check will only be sent to you if i need further confirmation for the artwork. It’s normally more like a cleaner sketch than lineart. This applies to both chibi and illustration commissions.)

For alert commissions, I’ll be sending the completed artwork for confirmation before starting the animation. This is to prevent having to go back to fix any aspect of the artwork if the animation process has started, since it’ll be difficult to do so due to a number of frames involved.

After everything is finished, i’ll be sending you a dropbox link containing the files and an unwatermarked piece of the commission! (yay!)

You may request for specific dates for me to upload the commissioned artwork. If the artwork is used on your social media platforms: profile pic, stream thumbnail, banner, etc. please include credits to my social media.
